"Practise Makes Permanent ..... Only Perfect Practice Makes Perfect"
At the start of the week the programme will be heavily biased towards analysing your technique, so we uncover potential issues in your swimming stroke, run technique and cycling style. From this you'll have a good understanding of what you need to concentrate on to improve.
After that we will begin building speed while you retain that same good technique.
Apart from technical elements we are here to help you begin to train more effectively. The longest cycle will be 3 hours, other rides will concentrate on specific aspects of your racing and training that will help you set a good programme when you're back in the UK.
We're introducing the option of morning Yoga this year, run by Sheena patron of Yoga Cape Verde. Sheena is the one on the roof of the Surf Zone building - left. There's an additional cost for this, which makes it open to both camp members and partners and their families.
